For whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product(s), you can exchange or return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase hassle free. Please contact our Customer Service team:

Each product should be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
*For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any face masks except when there is a manufacturing defect.
After placing an order, you will receive an email with tracking info to track your order. If you did not receive shipping confirmation email within 7 days, please contact us at customerservice@vere.store.
We usually fulfill our orders the same day or the next day. If you wish to change your order, please simply reply to your order confirmation email and specify your request.
